The Affinity reflects everything that we are trying to achieve here at SMART. The initial idea for this modern garden studio came from one of our staff and we were so impressed that we backed the concept, investing considerable time in design and construction to make it happen, and I am sure you will agree, the result is absolutely breathtaking!

During the process, we came up with many names for this new range and eventually decided upon Affinity. The reason why this stood out to us was because Affinity means; a liking for, or an attraction to something, or a connection, and we felt this summed up our new range perfectly.

The irregular, vertical larch cladding provides the building with a modern and dynamic style, which truly sets it apart from SMARTS other six unique ranges.

The welcoming front portico with integral decking, shapes the garden studio and entices you into this amazing building.

The truly stunning feature of this building is the ‘add-on’ canopy complete with a decking platform and LED downlighting, providing the perfect space to combine work, rest and play, no matter what the weather. The perfect fusion for indoor/outdoor living.

The Affinity is the first new SMART product to come to market since the management buyout in the spring of 2019 and we are incredibly proud, both of the product itself and how we got to where we are today by listening to the great ideas of our staff.

As with all SMART garden Rooms, Offices or Studios, the Affinity boasts full insulation, UNLIMITED double glazing, a 10year structural warranty and is available in over 60 sizes with a whole host of upgrades and optional extras.
