Garden Rooms

The Key Studio range offers the same traditional style elements as our Classic range but with a modern twist. The soft style of the Thermowood creates an entirely new look when combined with the mono pitch roofline. And with the option to select the colours of the chassis, fascias and windows, from striking black to contemporary grey (or a combination of the two), you can design and create a truly bespoke, modern garden studio.

Strong & Durable

The Key Studio offers the same build quality, strength and rigidity as the rest of our SMART® ranges through the TuSC®   construction. This includes a pressure-treated chassis, double-glazed windows and doors and a mono pitched roof. All these elements combined create a durable, strong and unrivalled garden studio space that won’t require any maintenance for at least 10 years!

Exterior Colours

With the Key Studio you can truly personalise the chassis of this clever building to suit your garden and your lifestyle. With a choice of black or grey chassis and window and door frame colours, the choice is all yours.

Roof lines

This contemporary mono pitch roofline makes the Key Studio an unobtrusive and contemporary addition to any size of garden.

Windows & Doors

Supplied with high quality UPVC double glazed windows and doors in a variety of colours as standard. 28mm sealed units with low e-glass, manufactured to current building regulations with high specification security and environmental accreditation.

Available in a wide variety of colours and sizes, along with the freedom to add as little or as much glass as you like, where you like.

 UPVC single door or double doors in a variety of colours, plus unlimited double glazing are included in the price.

Lights & Fittings

The Key Studio is supplied with 4 bar ceiling mounted internal spotlights, light switches (rockers or dimmers) electric sockets and a fuse board, all ready for electrical connection.

An external contemporary light is also included.

 Internal and external lights, and all fittings are included in the price.

Internal Finishes

All Key studios are supplied with our Popular 1 Interior or Popular 2 finishes; white silk MDF panels framed with either natural timber beading, or painted timber beading, providing a wipe clean surface and no cracking!

Can be upgraded to any of our other internal finishes; Aspen, New England 1, New England 2 or the Flush interior.

 Popular 1 and Popular 2 finishes are included in the price.

Flooring

No matter what you plan to use your new space for there is a flooring option to suit, choose from:

(1) 5 laminate flooring options for a modern and contemporary finish.

(2) 5 Carpet colours for a warm and cosy interior.

(3) A durable luxury wood effect vinyl for strength and easy maintenance.

 All options are included in the price.

Heating

All SMART® garden rooms are supplied with a slimline, wall mounted, thermostatically controlled radiator.

 Wall mounted radiator is included in the price.

SMART® – Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden by our own team of professional fitters.

Due to our unique TuSC®   construction method, our buildings are brought onto site panel by panel and can be installed in as little as 1 – 2 days for our smaller buildings and up to 5 days for our larger ones. No fuss, no mess – just a quick and clean installation causing minimal disruption.

You could pay as little as £246 per month with our finance option.

We only ask for a minimum 10% deposit, after which there is nothing to pay for either 6 or 12 months after your building has been installed!
