The innovative Kerracore technology cladding we use is harder than standard composite cladding, so it’s more resistant to scratches and scuffs. It also has an authentic wood effect look!

Plus, it’s covered by a 10-year warranty.

Built To Last With ZERO Maintenance

The building is durable, impact and crack resistant and isn’t susceptible to rot or materials degrading due to the ever changing weather conditions.

It will not fade, and does not require painting, staining, or treating.

The building is fully insulated and useable all year round.

All of which is backed up by a 20-year warranty on the steel frame, and 10-year warranty on the external cladding.

Most Sustainable Garden Room

Sustainability is central to the FORGE range.

It’s kinder to the planet, and kinder to you, by requiring zero maintenance.

The steel frame structure is fully recyclable.

With the forge range there’s a choice of 9 colour options for the eco-friendly composite style cladding, which has a wood effect texture.

The FORGE is supplied with a ceiling mounted internal panel light, light switches, electric sockets and a fuse board, all ready for electrical connection.

Sockets and switches are all flush fitted as standard..

External contemporary lights are also included (1 with a single door and 2 with double doors).

Internal and external lights, and all fittings are included in the price.

Flooring

No matter what you plan to use your new space for there is a flooring option to suit, choose from:

(1) 5 laminate flooring options for a modern and contemporary finish.

Heating

All SMART® garden rooms are supplied with a slimline, wall mounted, thermostatically controlled radiator.

 Wall mounted radiator is included in the price.

SMART® – Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden by our own team of professional fitters.

Due to our buildings modular design, it is brought to site panel by panel. It can be installed in as little as 1 – 2 days for our smaller buildings, and up to 5 days for our larger ones. No fuss, no mess – just a quick and clean installation causing minimal disruption.
