Ultra Range
We are delighted with the Ultra garden room that Smart installed for us just before Christmas. As we live nearly 500 miles from Smart’s premises, which we’ve never visited, we were taking some risks: photos in a glossy brochure can lie – they don’t! The Ultra and surrounding decking with 2 steps were completed in 3 days, and all to an excellent standard. Thank you, Smart, we wish the company continuing success.

Garden Studio

Boasting clean and crisp architectural lines, mixed with stunning and unique design features, the Ultra is a breath-taking garden studio. The floating cedar panels provide the building with definition and truly set it apart from other contemporary styled buildings. With the feature cedar insets framing the building and toning the entire appearance, you have a truly contemporary design that will look stunning in any garden backdrop. The front portico with integral decking shapes the garden studio and entices you into the building.

Construction

Don’t be fooled by the effortlessly stylish and modern look the Ultra exudes, as this intelligent garden room is constructed to the highest quality and is built to last. Our unique TuSC® construction means each panel and every component effectively locks into each other perfectly enabling limitless configurations and incredible structural strength. At 135mm, the Ultra’s walls are deceptively thick and are fully insulated via solid substrate to maintain maximum rigidity and robustness.

There’s ample lighting and sockets, all with integral circuits. The Ultra is all about the detail and designed with minimal maintenance in mind.

Options

Developed over several years, the Ultra range boasts clean, crisp architectural lines with large floor-to-ceiling windows, double doors, hidden roofs and premium cedar cladding. With a choice of internal and external lighting options, you have the choice to add puddle lighting to the portico or contemporary column lighting to the floating cedar panels to create a uniquely illuminated garden studio.

The Ultra Range Features

Roof lines

The Ultra range offers unrivalled design versatility. With a hidden roof as standard you can also combine the contemporary styling of the Ultra with the traditional lines of a pitched roof, to bring the best of both design worlds into your garden. This ensures that the Ultra range is perfect for any use and every taste.

Floating Walls and Cedar Inlays

The Ultra boasts a unique cladding finish with stunning ‘floating’ walls. This clever finish gives each building a lighter, crisper and more defined appearance than many other contemporary styled buildings.

Portico Entrance

This clever hooded entrance makes the building more welcoming and draws everyone in.

Lights & Fittings

The Ultra is supplied with internal LED down lights, light switches (rockers or dimmers) electric sockets and a fuse board, all ready for electrical connection.

External LED puddle lights are included in the portico.

 Internal lights and fittings, plus external puddle lights are included in the price.

Internal Finishes

All Ultra buildings are supplied with our Popular 1 or Popular 2 Interior finish; white silk panels framed with either natural timber beading or painted timber beading, providing a wipe clean surface and no cracking!

Can be upgraded to any of our other internal finishes; Aspen, New England 1, New England 2 or the Flush interior.

 Popular 1 or Popular 2 finishes are included in the price.

Flooring

No matter what you plan to use your new space for there is a flooring option to suit, choose from:

(1) 5 laminate flooring options for a modern and contemporary finish.

(2) 5 Carpet colours for a warm and cosy interior.

(3) A durable luxury wood effect vinyl for strength and easy maintenance.

 All options are included in the price.

Decking

By adding a SMART® deck, you will be able too open up your beautiful garden room into the garden so that they merge seamlessly.

All our decks are designed to provide you with more options, space and freedom.

Heating

All SMART® garden rooms are supplied with a slimline, wall mounted, thermostatically controlled radiator.

 Wall mounted radiator is included in the price.

SMART® – Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden by our own team of professional fitters.

Due to our unique TuSC® construction method, our buildings are brought onto site panel by panel and can be installed in as little as 1-2 days for our smaller buildings and up to 5 days for our larger ones. No fuss, no mess – just a quick and clean installation causing minimal disruption.

You could pay as little as £282 per month with our finance option.

We only ask for a minimum 10% deposit, after which there is nothing to pay for either 6 or 12 months after your building has been installed!
