Living in North Yorkshire was not an issue (over 200 miles from SMART) and a ‘socially distanced’ home planning visit was conducted, this meant that the appropriate style, size and interior fitting of the building could be determined which made the whole process straightforward. The finished product is high quality and looks superb, overall these buildings make a great addition to the garden and whilst may seem expensive, you do get what you pay for and they add both value and practical living space to your home

Strength & Rigidity

The Temple Folly’s® style is created through a range of key intricate design features. This contemporary garden studio is built on a 6-inch chassis to provide ultimate strength and rigidity and manufactured to include detailed lines and decorative edging on the fascias. Our beautiful oak or vinyl flooring, stylish lighting and a wide range of chic colours are all included as standard.

With our extensive choice of colours and optional extras, you have the freedom to make the Temple Folly® truly yours. From subtle colours to help with a professional outside office feel, to chic colours to give your hobby room or yoga studio the right look, you have the option to style the Temple Folly® to blend in or stand out from its surroundings to reflect both its use and your personality!

Exterior Colours

Hand painted in a 15 year colour stain, in a wide variety of colours; from traditional greens, chalky hues to a bold black, there will be a colour to suit all tastes and environments.

 All colours are included in the price.

Roof lines

Supplied with a High line roof as standard with a wonderful front glass gable feature providing a wonderfully light and airy space.

 Included in the price.

Windows & Doors

Supplied with high quality UPVC double glazed windows and doors in a variety of colours as standard, along with the freedom to add as little or as much glass as you like, where you like.

28mm sealed units with low e-glass, manufactured to current building regulations with high specification security and environmental accreditation.

 UPVC in a variety of colours and single or double doors and unlimited double glazing is included in the price.

Lights & Fittings

Supplied with 4 bar ceiling mounted interior spotlights, light switches (rockers or dimmers) electric sockets and a fuse board, all ready for electrical connection.

An external contemporary light is also included.

 Internal and external lights and fittings are included in the price.

Flooring

No matter what you plan to use your new space for there is a flooring option to suit, choose from:

(1) 5 laminate flooring options for a modern and contemporary finish.

(2) 5 Carpet colours for a warm and cosy interior.

(3) A durable luxury wood effect vinyl for strength and easy maintenance.

SMART® – Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden by our own team of professional fitters.

Due to our unique TuSC®  construction method, our buildings are brought onto site panel by panel and can be installed in as little as 1-2 days for our smaller buildings and up to 5 days for our larger ones. No fuss, no mess – just a quick and clean installation causing minimal disruption.

We only ask for a minimum 10% deposit, after which there is nothing to pay for either 6 or 12 months after your building has been installed!
