We’ve not got the easiest flat to access and have had quite a few different trades guys here since we first moved in. None of them compare to Tony, Mark and Jason. They were really great, taking obvious pride in what they do and we’re really impressed with our office. They ended up staying until much later than we’d expected on the last day to ensure that everything was just right, despite knowing it would be a long journey home.

You can personalise the Belle further with a range of stylish, chalky colours and the optional New England panelled interior to create your own look.

Effortlessly Chic

The Belle’s effortlessly chic appearance from the outside is supported by a strong and rigid 100mm pressure-treated timber chassis, engineered and built by our proprietary TuSC®  construction. Each of our beautiful garden rooms are provided with lighting and socket options and finished with hand-painted exterior walls in your choice of long-lasting Owatrol coating, requiring minimal maintenance.

Create Your Own Space

Our range of gorgeous, chalky colours enables you to truly create your dreamy chic space, along with the freedom to configure the windows and doors however you wish, enabling you to create a calm and peaceful garden office studio. A contemporary external light can also add to the ambience of the building, making it an inviting space at night as well as the day.

The Belle Range Features

Exterior Colours

Hand painted in a 15 year colour stain, in a wide variety of colours; from traditional greens, chalky hues to a bold black, there will be a colour to suit all tastes and environments.

 All colours are included in the price.

Windows & Doors

Supplied with high quality UPVC double glazed windows and doors in a variety of colours, along with the freedom to add as little or as much glass as you like, where you like as standard.

28mm sealed units with low e-glass, manufactured to current building regulations with high specification security and environmental accreditation.

 UPVC in a variety of colours, single or double doors and unlimited double glazing is included in the price.

Lights & Fittings

Supplied with 4 bar ceiling mounted internal spotlights, light switches (rockers or dimmers) electric sockets and a fuse board, all ready for electrical connection.

An external contemporary light is also included.

 Internal and external lights and fittings are included in the price.

Internal Finishes

All Evolve buildings are supplied with our Popular 1 Interior or Popular 2 finishes; white silk MDF panels framed with either natural timber beading, or painted timber beading, providing a wipe clean surface and no cracking!

Can be upgraded to any of our other internal finishes; Aspen, New England 1, New England 2 or Flush interior

 Popular 1 or Popular 2 finishes are included in the price.

Flooring

No matter what you plan to use your new space for there is a flooring option to suit, choose from:

(1) 5 laminate flooring options for a modern and contemporary finish.

(2) 5 Carpet colours for a warm and cosy interior.

(3) A durable luxury wood effect vinyl for strength and easy maintenance.

SMART® – Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden by our own team of professional fitters.

Due to our unique TuSC®  construction method, our buildings are brought onto site panel by panel and can be installed in as little as 1 day for our smaller buildings and up to 3 days for our larger ones. No fuss, no mess – just a quick and clean installation causing minimal disruption.

You could pay as little as £254 per month with our finance option.

We only ask for a minimum 10% deposit, after which there is nothing to pay for either 6 or 12 months after your building has been installed!
