MEET THE TEAM
We’re a happy team of professionals who specialise in the creation of beautiful garden offices and studios. We’re joiners, carpenters, cabinet makers, electricians, ground workers, fitters, and project managers and sales specialists, each with our own role in this highly specialist field.
We use intelligent, insightful design, and only high quality materials to deploy our craftsmanship and professionalism in every aspect of our manufacturing process.
TuSCTM stands for Torsional Socketed Chassis and was developed in-house at SMART, so is unique to (and protected) by us. Fundamental to the design of all SMART buildings, TuSCTM construction brings class-leading strength and rigidity through clever engineering and design. In simple terms, the chassis acts as an exoskeleton to the building. It’s not simply a frame to which components are attached: TuSCTM encapsulates
(via linear sockets) each panel and harnesses its dimensional stability (its torsional strength). Using the principle of compound rigidity, the building is
stronger the bigger it becomes. Each panel and each component effectively locks into each other, bringing amalgamated strength to itself and the entire chassis. TuSCTM also allows us to manufacture all components here in our own factory and then simply assemble them on site, reducing build time, on site headaches and cost.
This construction method enables us to offer limitless configurations, enormous structural strength and an extended lifespan.
