Raw Materials & CNC Precision

Raw materials are delivered to our manufacturing hub in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Once delivered, our team begin the process of forming and shaping your new garden room – from internals walls, external walls, even down to intricate socket and plug configuration. We combine traditional craftsmanship with in-house CAD/CAM technology, meaning that a SMART garden room, office or studio is truly a product of innovation.

Hand-Painted & Configured

Once all the components have been created, these are then moved on to our finishing team – it’s here that the garden room starts to come to life.

Painstakingly hand-painted externally with your chosen colour (subject to range) and internally, if that is your chosen finish. Apertures for doors, windows, lights and light switches are completed, along with any handmade furniture that you may have opted for to complete your garden room.

Quality Checked & Ready To Go

Before your SMART components are loaded, our team quality-check each and every component to ensure everything we’ve created is to our standards (which are very high) and to your specification (most importantly!).

Once we’re happy, each panel and part is loaded onto our own SMART vehicles ready for our expert team to deliver and install.

Arriving On Site & TuSC Construction

When our team arrives on site, your base will have already been prepared by either your own workman or our own groundworks team. The team can therefore get straight to work constructing your beautiful SMART Garden Room, panel by panel, component by component!

Our own unique, trademarked TuSc construction system provides a high-quality product with limitless configurations which can be installed on site in just a matter of days (yes, days!) and which will last a lifetime.

What’s more, this method means that we can install in the trickiest of gardens and the narrowest of entrances – and most importantly, we create the absolute minimum fuss or mess, leaving you with your beautiful new garden space to use as quickly as possible.

Aftercare

Once the team have handed over the keys to your brand-new SMART, it’s time to get settled in and start using your new favourite room. And that’s not it from us; we will be there to help with any questions you may have and that’s not just for days, weeks or even months, that’s for years and years after you’ve had your SMART Garden Room installed. We offer every single customer a peace of mind 10-year structural warranty – that is our promise to you!
