1. Deciding on Your Garden Room

As well as having a 50-page catalogue packed full of beautiful photographs, ideas and inspiration, we now have our very own design configurator and a visualiser app.

Through the configurator, you can take your time to create your dream garden room. This great tool allows you to edit and change within the click of a few buttons, as many times as you like, to get to your room perfect garden room, office or studio.

2. FREE Consultation 

The next step to buying a SMART garden room office or studio is a FREE consultation. The options available to you are:

• One of our friendly consultants will visit your site to discuss your requirements in more detail and review your space
• Via our Self-Consultation Form – you provide us with the requested information plus images of your site.
• A digital consultation – via zoom or teams call with one of our sales team.

3. Your Purchase:
   

   Once you have created your perfect space, it is time to confirm your order.

SMART offer a tiered payment structure and also have a finance option available.

• 1^st payment – A 25% deposit
• 2^nd payment – 45%
• 3^rd payment – 25%
• Final payment – 5% balance

4. Groundworks, Installation & Electrical Connection
   

 

Once your order has been placed and dates have been confirmed, that is when the real fun starts!

If you have asked SMART to install the base, this usually happens a week or two before your garden room is installed

We currently offer two different options of base; either ground screws or a 6” deep concrete ring beam and will install whichever is best for your ground conditions.

Obstructions such as underground pipes and electrics can affect the type of base needed. Therefore, we provide both options to allow for a garden room no matter what barriers there may be!

All SMART® Garden Rooms, Offices and Studios are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden. Each building is delivered in component form by our own specially adapted vehicles.

The installation usually occurs over 2 – 5 days depending on the range, size of your building and what extra features you have decided upon. This is a truly ‘low impact’ building process, with minimal noise and negligible disruption to you or your neighbours.

Once installed, the building is ready for the electrics to be connected . . . and then you are ready to take full advantage of your fantastic new space.

And don’t forget – all SMART garden rooms are supplied with a 10-year structural warranty, providing you with all the peace of mind you could wish for.
