FAQ

Q. How much will it cost?

A. Check out our range and you'll find our prices are very competitive.

Q. Will I need planning permission for a garden office?

A. Not necessarily. As long as the office is situated more than 5 meters away from your home and you do not live in a conservation area.

Q. How long will I have to wait to get my Garden Office?

A. Approximately 4 weeks from the date you order it. Unlike extensions and conservatories planning is not necessarily needed so you get to work that much faster.

Q. How long will it take for my office to be ready to use?

A. Usually the day we deliver. Smart Garden Offices are delivered and erected the same day and as long as the site is ready before arrival the power can be connected and you can start work that evening.

Q. Do I get to choose the colour of the exterior of my Garden Office?

A. Sure. Take a look at the range available, our design is very contemporary and we aim to suit most tastes.

Q. Is there any maintenance needed?

A. No. Our offices are made to maintenance free and durable to stand the test of time (and children). As with most things, kept clean and not abused your garden office will last for years and years.
