The Trio offers a truly delightful interior, which is ideal as an office for up to three people, a den or a personal studio space. Heavy duty construction means you always feel safe and secure; combined with high specification windows, door and insulation to give an additional level of comfort ensuring you are warm in winter, cool in summer and comfortable all year round.

Vaulted Ceiling

The beautiful vaulted ceiling ensures the interior is light and bright and has an airy ambiance. White silk walls and ceiling are hard wearing and are easy to maintain. The dark stained timber beading, window frames and attractive rafters frame the white walls giving the perfect, almost “half timbered” interior finish.

Choice of Flooring

Coupled with a fully fitted carpet or bare-boarded floor the Trio is the complete answer.

Plenty of Space

With nearly 150 sq feet of space the Trio makes an extra special additional space at home.

The Trio Garden Office is designed and manufactured in our own UK factory. For a fully fitted office space take a look at either the “Organist”, “Double Boomerang” or “Hammerhead” VersaDesk which will optimise the interior space of your Trio.

The Trio is 4.3m x 3.2m (14’ x 10’6) making it the perfect size for an office, studio or den.

Elegantly proportioned and robustly built, the Trio is fully insulated; double glazed and is complete with integral electrics. This solid and sturdy building is manufactured in our factory using our unique ISIS system and is then assembled in your garden by the same craftsmen. Normally in 1-2 days.

High Specification Building

Like all Smart buildings, the Trio is crafted from high spec materials throughout, including Viance pressure tank treated timber, European WPB Birch plywood and polyisocyanurate foil faced insulation to ensure a long, maintenance-free and to give a comfortable interior – whatever the weather.

Choose from a wide range of exterior colours and configure the windows and doors to suit your own garden.

It’s unlikely that you’ll require planning permission as, like all Smart buildings, the Trio is designed around the current planning regulations.
