It's been over a year now since our office was built and I realised we hadn't given you written feedback. Here goes :-

Your service was excellent from concept to build; you could not have been more helpful. The build itself was breathtaking in it's organisation and execution and nothing was too much trouble for your installation team; they were helpful and knowledgable throughout - even fitting waterbutts at very short notice for us. When we had a small issue with the door adjustment you went out of your way to get someone to us as soon as possible. I can't fault your after-care service.

The build quality is excellent. The office is a feature at the end of the garden that we use literally everyday. I've now been working in the office full time for 12 months and can honestly say it's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We're in Manchester (renowned for rain) and there's not been a single problem with damp in the office. I even worked in here all through the snow and ice last winter without a problem. Also, the decking has come in handy more times that I care to mention for all manner of uses and my only regret is that we didn't have the decking twice the size as its invaluable to us as a family. I work in here all week, it's a quiet place for the kids to do their homework in the evening and we spend weekends on the decking.

Everyone that sees the office for the first time has the same expression (one of blantant envy) and I've yet to meet a person who doesn't instantly say "I wish I had one of these".

There is clearly a Smart solution for virtually any situation and it is great to gain a brand new space which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing! We would certainly have another one if we ever moved house and wanted to create extra room
