Internally, the Solo is 3.2m x 2.1m (approx 10’6 x7’) making a good interior space for a large desk, several filing cabinets and a visitors chair. It’s bright, light and airy with the crisp white walls being complimented by the dark timber beading, which has an almost half timbered feel. It’s an ideal combination for work, being neither clinical nor folksy.

Wall to wall fitted carpet, double glazed windows and door and complete integral wiring are all included as standard.
Design and manufactured in our own UK factory all Smart buildings include 95mm walls, ceilings and floor to ensure you are warm in winter, cool in summer and comfortable all year round.
