Installation of the Smart Micro and Smart Solo is normally completed within just 1 day with the minimum of hassle or disruption to you.

Smart Duo, Smart Trio and Smart Quarto garden office buildings are completed within 2 days.  

Our unique manufacturing system allows us to complete 90% of the build process within our factory, with the remaining tasks being final assembly on site, in your garden.

All our buildings are fully "man portable" meaning that we ensure all components can be readily transportable through a house for assembly in a back garden that has no alternative means of access. The assembly process is completed quietly and efficiently by our staff who will leave your new garden office building clean and tidy with your garden completely clear. The key hand over normally occurs at around 3.30pm once the site foreman has completed his installation checklist.
