Smart buildings are fully compliant with the current planning regulations - and do NOT require permission in most locations. We'll let you know if you do require planning permission - and we will undertake the full application for you. For FREE.

In the unlikely event that you will require planning permission for your Smart Garden Office, we will undertake the entire process on your behalf. This service is completely FREE OF CHARGE on all Smart Models . The only cost you will incur will be the Local Authority planning application fee (£150) and an OS mapping charge (20+VAT) which we pass on at cost.

This service includes the initial "pre-app" discussion with your Local Authority, submitting all product drawings, plans and site location maps.

Planning permission for your Smart Garden Office is unnecessary in most locations, however, should you require planning consent, we're here to shoulder the burden.
