Our Micro and Solo buildings can be situated on any sound and level ground and groundworks are not often required.

However when it comes to our larger and heavier buildings, we believe that there are no short cuts when it comes to groundwork. If your Smart building does require ground preparation we will be very happy to provide a quote to undertake the work.

We do it the right way, a heavy duty concrete base or ring beam will last a life time and will add substance and longevity to your building.

Whilst there are cheaper and quicker alternatives such as “mini pilings” these have proven to be an inappropriate, ungainly, insecure, lightweight and ugly “short cut” offered by some of our competitors.

Our own groundworks team will undertake your base normally within 1 day with the minimum of fuss and cost – it really is a sound and wise investment.
