How are garden offices delivered?

Smart garden office buildings are delivered by our own installation team on the day of installation. Each building is delivered in component form by our own speciallly adapted vehicles. Our professional fitters assemble the building - which has previously been manufactured in our factory - normally in just one to two days. Will a garden office fit into my garden?

Almost certainly, YES! The Smart range starts with the tiny Smart Micro which is a comfortable one-person office space and has an internal measurement of just 2.1m x 2.1m. This ensures a tiny footprint in the garden. Our unique building method allows us to install Smart garden offices almost anywhere - we've never been defeated yet! If you are still unsure that your chosen size is suitable for your garden then simply request a FREE survey - and we'll visit you to map out the footprint - so you can establish the space may the Smart may require.   

Can garden offices be installed through a house or basement flat?

YES! Smart buildings which use the ISIS system are assembled in your garden from components that are small enough to fit through any size of house or flat. It is not a problem if you do not have a side passge or gateway - as our professional fitters will carefully transport your Smart garden office through your house/ flat if necessary. How long does it take to build a garden office?

We've all heard stories of projects taking weeks and months to complete. Self-build projects can sometimes take years. By choosing a Smart garden office you can avoid the unheaval and hassle of having tradespeople in your home for many weeks. A Smart garden office is manufactured in our factory - and is then assembled in your garden by our prefessional fitters in just 1 - 2 days. This includes our electrician who is on site at the same time.  (Allow a further day if you would like us to prepare the footings). Everything is completed in a systematic and orderly fashion. One completed (including hoovering the carpet and cleaning the windows) we'll hand you the keys to your new Smart building. The building is completely ready by the end of Day 2.

How many people does it take to build a garden office?

A professionally built garden office should be constructed by two-four people in just two days. Importantly, as Smart garden offices are factory-built first and then assembled in your garden, there's never any need for swarms of of builders. Our professional fitters will install your garden office in a calm and methodical manner in just 1-2 days. Our smaller buildings are installed by two members of our team in just 1 day - whilst larger buildings are often completed by just two members of our team in 2 days.
