Overall:
All Smart buildings feature our unique half timbered internal
finish. This combines the benefits of the smooth white silk wall
finish, which is hardwearing and easy to maintain, with the warmth
and the texture of the natural timber studwork, window frames and
ceiling.
Offering the
best of both worlds, our interiors are attractive and tactile,
without being clinical, and generate a delightful ambiance for your
home office.
Carpets:
All Smart buildings are supplied with a fully fitted, hardwearing
carpet - which is available in a number of different colours.
We always use
British made carpet, in one piece, as carpet tiles are a poor
alternative.
Other floor
coverings are available on our larger buildings.
Windows:
We use the very best window and door suppliers to ensure a
comfortable, secure space. All windows are doors are specially
manufactured for us and are fully compliant with the current
building regulations.
Windows are all
fitted with low E glass in 28mm sealed units and are complete with
key operated window locks. Night vents and trickle vents are fitted
as standard.
Doors
Our doors are fully glazed (with toughened glass) with 28mm sealed
units and have multiple securing points in the jamb - for your
security and peace of mind.
Ceilings
All our
buildings include a white silk finish on the ceiling (to match the
walls). On our larger buildings the ceiling is vaulted to give a
lovely spacious feel, showing the inside and shapes of the solid
rafters which are stained to match the walls and windows frames.
FULLY FITTED HOME OFFICE FURNITURE
The Smart VersaDesk
system offers a fantastic, ergonomic workspace, and has been
purpose-designed for each one of the Smart office range.
The VersaDesk optimises internal
space and provides a "cockpit" style environment. Offering plentiful
work surfaces, shelving and cupboards, the VersaDesk makes a
wonderful addition to your home office.
The system is fully installed at
the same time as your building and has been designed around every
typical small office requirement, with specific space for
printer/copier/scanner/fax machines
