Our range extends from the tiny Smart Micro which is ideal for small gardens, through to the enormous Smart Quarto which will comfortably seat up to four people. And of course, all our buildings are configured to your requirements.

We use high quality construction grade materials throughout the manufacture and installation of your office. Our manufacturing and installation teams consist only of experienced and qualified joiners. But because we batch-manufacture in our own factory (come and visit us whilst your is being made) we are particularly cost effective and pass those savings on to you. 

No 8. British Design and Manufacture
Unlike so many of our competitors, we have our own factory which is dedicated to the production of garden offices, garden studios and our own fitted furniture. All our buildings are designed here in the UK for the British climate, so there is no compromise in design or specification.

Your first maintenance point will be 15 years after you purchase! Because we use long life materials, components and coatings your Smart Garden Office is maintenance-free until 2025. After that, every five years, you should allow 1 days work to recoat and service your Smart.

No 5. Planning Permission Friendly - and Great Tax Breaks
All Smart Office buildings are designed to comply with the current planning regulations (October 2008). So it's unlikely that you'll need planning permission. Also, being below 2.5m in height means your own smart Garden office can be placed immediately adjacent to any boundary.
Talk to your accountant about recovering the VAT, the CGT advantages and the possibility of full capital allowances on your own Smart Office

 

 

No 4. Residual values & Property values
There is a ready demand for for second hand Smart Offices, with residual values remaining high. So, if the worst should happen you can always sell-on your Smart.
