If you require planning permission for your garden office or studio, we will undertake all aspects of the application on your behalf.

This includes the initial "pre-app" discussion with your Local Authority, submitting all product drawings, plans and site location maps. Our service is completely FREE OF CHARGE, you only pay the Local Authority's application fee (typically £150)

Planning permission for your Smart Garden Office is unnecessary in most locations, however, should you require planning consent, we're here to shoulder the burden.
